on each 28 pin DIP package.
The sensor only uses five pins, however.

Download a top view of the tip and deflection electrodes.
The tip is at the end of the thin section,
you can see it if you look closely.
It is surrounded by the deflection electrodes.

Download an SEM of the tip.
The tips don't need to look this good to be effective.
